Platform Feeder - Is a flat box that can be set on the ground, put on a pole, hung, or mounted in a tree. They are and excellent choice for birds that feed on the ground such as juncos, doves, and sparrows as well as a variety of other birds but they also work very well on a pole for the birds that like to get up off the ground.

Specialty Feeders – include feeders like the oriole and hummingbird feeders and are available in all kinds of shapes and sizes including some exceptionally beautiful art glass feeders.
Again you can easily find what you want online with just a couple of searches. And you can save a great deal of money too. Online pricing often beats even the best department store sale prices.
